The LaMunt Crew

LaMunt was born quietly, as the most authentic things often are. There was an idea, and there was the apparel. Like many authentic things, it grew away from the spotlight. But slowly, something meaningful began to emerge.

It was in that very moment, in the heart of a winter we’ll remember for a long time - December 2020 - that the LaMunt Crew was born. A group of incredible women from across Europe: Austria, Germany, Italy, and Switzerland. Women united by a shared passion for the mountains, for nature, and for that deep sense of freedom that only the outdoors can offer.

That first meeting? A videocall. No one knew what to expect. But the desire to share, to be part of something new and genuine, was stronger than any uncertainty. From that moment, everything started to take shape.

As LaMunt grew, so did the Crew. Laughter echoed louder, memories deepened, journeys were shared, and together we reached new mountain summits. Trust, sisterhood, and the desire to create something meaningful grew stronger with every step.

You might be wondering: what really is the LaMunt Crew?
It’s hard to put into words: it’s so much more than just a group of women.

They are women who live with intensity, each in her own way. Artists, mothers, teachers, entrepreneurs, journalists… Each with her own story, her own personal dreams and unique qualities. Together, their presence makes this community alive, authentic, and deeply human.

They inspire us.
They listen to us.
They make us feel seen.

Just as we want it to be when wearing a LaMunt garment: to feel recognized, unique, and free to be ourselves.

The Crew is our compass. It helps us understand what truly metters for a woman who lives the mountains. It gives us voice, ideas and insights. It tests our garments even before they reach the market. It gives us stories, experiences, and emotions.

And this is what truly defines LaMunt: a project shaped by love, nurtured with care, and born from attentive listening. A project that would lose its essence without their energy, their talent, their authenticity.

And all of this comes from a simple yet powerful idea: by women, for women.

Anna

Anna is a “Munich Woman.” She lives in the big and vibrant city of Munich and is the co-founder of a Public Relations agency. She primarily works in fields that reflect her 360-degree lifestyle, including trekking, cycling, trail running, alpine skiing, and ski mountaineering. She loves the mountains in every way, and for her, sport is a way to shine.

Sara

Sara talks about, writes about, and lives the mountain. Her work as a journalist in Milan led her to study and experience unique moments atop the mountains. Sport and nature are what allow her to reconnect with her innermost and purest self.

Ivana

Ivana lives within a natural painting, where the brushstrokes are made of green forests, white snowfields, and the deep blues of the sky: the Val di Fiemme. Here she lives her life as a freelance worker and ski instructor, balancing her artistic passions like photography, her love for sport, and her little daughter, to whom she is teaching the beauty of nature and mountain sports.

Micol

Micol is a traveler and a mountain lover. Her work as an advertising professional in Milan has led her to be constantly at the heart of the chaotic metropolis, but it’s from this very chaos that she finds the energy to escape into alpine skiing, trekking, and exploring the world and mountains far away from home.

Constanze

Constanze is a teacher, passionate about mountain adventures, and a proud dog mom. Connie is always ready for anything. As long as her beloved dog Lucy is by her side, she will never back down from a new adventure in the mountains.

Lisa K

Lisa grew up among and with the mountains. Ski mountaineering, hiking, trail running, cycling… any sport that involves climbing a peak, she lives it, breathes it, and works with it as the head of communications at one of the most renowned companies for extreme sports sponsorships.

Sophia

Sophia finds beauty and art wherever she looks, and the mountains make this process easier. Her life as an illustrator and freelance graphic designer allows her to enjoy what she loves most: nature and quality time with her husband and her two joyful little girls.

Alice

Alice is a journalist. She writes about and celebrates beauty, inner peace, and balance. She loves the mountains because they are the place where she can train not only her strength but, most importantly, her soul — a place where she reconnects with beauty and purity.
She also loves the city she lives in: Milan, which has much to say when it comes to beauty.

Eliana

Eliana is an unstoppable entrepreneur in the digital world, passionate about outdoor sports, and a writer. Since she was born, she has always loved the mountains: her holidays and weekends always include at least one excursion. The mountains mean joy, freedom, curiosity, relief, and a form of active meditation to her.

Marina

Marina is always on the move, whether in her professional life as a journalist for a famous fashion magazine in Milan, or in her private life. She is always ready to leave the city for a new adventure. The mountains and nature are like oxygen to breathe for her — something she can never get enough of.

Katharina

Katharina is a mountain lover, freelance journalist, and content creator. Austrian at heart. For Katharina, going to the mountains means coming back home. Even though she has lived in the heart of Munich for a long time, she knows very well where her true place is: on the peaks, by the lakes, and along alpine trails.

Giada

Giada is the co-founder and CEO of a company in the food industry. The mountains are her way of feeling connected to nature and being able to reconnect with it. Her life is an excursion among the peaks of her journey: being an entrepreneur, a mother, and a wife. But this trek through life offers her breathtaking landscapes that fulfill her heart.

Lisa R

Summer or winter, for Lisa the mountains are home all year round. Born and raised in South Tyrol, she has breathed mountain air since birth. Although deeply rooted in the Dolomites, she has traveled extensively to some of the less-known countries in the world, exploring new peaks and living far away for long periods. This constant movement has taught her to be open to others and to welcome them warmly— a quality she now shares with everyone who crosses the door of the bar-restaurant she runs, making them feel instantly at home.

Sibelle

Sibelle finds creativity, awareness, freedom, and inspiration in the mountains. In her professional life, she was a People Manager, helping a large company in Germany to enhance its most valuable asset: its people. Now, she has decided to leave everything behind to live her dream: moving to the Dolomites. As a yoga instructor, she is deeply aware of where she draws her energy from, and the mountains play a vital role in this. In the mountains, she feels at home.

Tiziana

For Tiziana, nature is not only a place to practice sport and reconnect with oneself: it is a treasure to be preserved. Her work as a university researcher in glaciology allows her to feel part of a change. A change aimed at preserving the beauty of the mountains. You might also recognize Tiziana as one of the faces featured in various outdoor photoshoots we have done for our apparel.

Bianca

If energy had a face, it would be Bianca’s. A citizen of the world and adventurous spirit, she was the vice world champion in speed skiing and, in everyday life, a moderator and speaker. Yet, little is ordinary in her life: whether crossing the Atlantic by sailboat, racing a desert rally, or skiing on Japan’s powder snow, you can be sure Bianca will exclaim with contagious enthusiasm: AMAZING.

Dörte

Business woman, tireless athlete and growth driver: whether it’s leading a company’s digital transformation , competing in sports, or caring for her family. Dörte was born in the northern Germany, where the “highest peaks” were the dike-dunes protecting the North Sea coast. Life, however, led her to Munich, Germany’s most passionate city for mountain sports. Today, between trail running, skiing, and trekking, Dörte lives the mountains actively and authentically, always searching for new landscapes to explore during her vacations.

Marta

For Marta, sport is the beating heart of her life. In winter, she teaches children to ski in Switzerland, while during the rest of the year, she returns to her home in Lombardy, where she helps people regain mobility and get back in shape after injuries. Sport has taught her so much, and today, through her profession, she wants to give back what brings her happiness: the chance to return to the mountains.

Dagmar

The mountains are not just the backdrop of Dagmar’s upbringing: they are a source of liberation and self-determination. Among the Dolomites, Dagmar finds her passions: ski mountaineering, climbing, and trekking.

Carolin

Carolin has been with us from day one. Through her photography, she helped shape LaMunt’s image. Her profession as a photographer allows her to travel around the world and discover new places through her lens. Her base, however, is in Austria, where she sets off her trips, hikes, and ski mountaineering adventures.

Coralie

A burst of energy, sport, and passion. For Coralie, the mountains are where she can give her best. Doing outdoor activities immersed in nature gives her a unique and endless sense of freedom. Her life in Munich is a race between her podcast, working in online sales, and her beloved sports. And just like a long run, her daily routine leaves her heart full, her mind light, and her face lit up with a smile.

Birgit

For Birgit, female empowerment is not an abstract concept but a concrete action. A serial entrepreneur, after founding successful companies, she now puts her experience at the service of other enterpreneurs, especially women, helping them grow and share. In Munich, she carries forward this mission with the same community spirit that also drives her passions: the mountains and art. Between trekking, cycling, and much more, she lives nature openly, intensively, and full of colors.

Christina

Constantly searching for the perfect snow, Christina explores the harsh and captivating Swiss mountains. A tireless skier, writer, and founder of her own Public Relations agency, she helps the biggest mountain brands make their way among the majestic Swiss peaks. Whether it’s crossing the Alps on foot with a tent, from Trieste to Munich, skiing the steepest slopes of Switzerland, or diving into an icy lake, Christina is always ready to do it… with a radiant smile.
